How it works & Frequently Asked Questions

Home Owners log on to our website looking for a Screened Professional:

1st They will begin by selecting a project type.

2nd They will provide information about them self (Name, Address, Phone Number, Start Date and other important information that will help in linking them with a professional)

3rd They would then be matched based on their Zip Code and Project Type with a professional. (They will be able to view the professional's profile, which will include the company information and job history). Also the consumer will receive an email which will include a web address to the professional's profile and a link for rating purposes.

 

Professionals

1st During registration (click the "Professionals Join Here" link) the two most important constraints (which are used to match the consumer with the professionals) are: Coverage Area (which should be the area that the professional services) & Project Type (the types of projects that you're willing to take on, e.g. Kitchens, Landscape, Appliances, etc)

2nd Once a Home Owner is matched, you will immediately receive an Email and/or SMS Text Message (according to your preferences) informing you of the lead. Within the next 6 months you will also have the option of picking Fax & Computerized Phone Call.

3rd Your Spending Limit can be adjusted at anytime by logging into your account, and it is automatically renewed each month. (Important notice: once your monthly budget has been met you will no longer receive leads until the following month.)
